A well-established real estate and development company in Bellevue is currently hiring HVAC Techs to work in their high-end establishment downtown. This is a direct hire opportunity and the company offers an excellent benefit package!
What You’ll Do:
– Perform repairs and replacements on system compressors.
– Develop and document best practices for optimal HVAC operations.
– Schedule and oversee maintenance for all HVAC systems and equipment to ensure peak performance.
What We’re Looking For:
– A proactive problem-solver who can stand for an 8-hour shift.
– Skilled in reading and interpreting system plans and schematics.
– Available for 24/7 on-call emergency support (3 times per year for on call)
-2-3 years of HVAC experience
