HVAC Technician| Bellevue| $40-45/hr

A well-established real estate and development company in Bellevue is currently hiring HVAC Techs to work in their high-end establishment downtown. This is a direct hire/ permanent opportunity and the company offers an excellent benefit package!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform repairs and replacements on system compressors.
• Develop and document best practices for optimal HVAC operations.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance for all HVAC systems and equipment to ensure peak performance.

Pay: $40-45/hr
Location: Downtown Bellevue.
Schedule: 40hrs a week, schedule varies.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proactive problem-solver who can stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting system plans and schematics.
• Available for 24/7 on-call emergency support (3 times per year for on call)
• 2-3 years of HVAC experience.
