DescriptionHybrid Accounting Manager up to $110K + 10% bonusWhat’s in it for you:

• Hybrid schedule: In-office Tue-Thu, remote Mon & Fri

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting for a REIT fund with a portfolio of industrial properties
• Ensure REIT compliance, handle investor reporting, manage capital calls, and process distributions
• Gain experience in development and construction accounting over time
• Utilize Yardi accounting software for financial management

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of real estate accounting experience
• REIT/fund-level experience mandatory
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• CPA preferred
