Hybrid Senior IT Auditor pay up to $150k/yr + 20% bonusThe Senior IT Auditor will be part of a high-performing audit team based in a dedicated Boston office, concentrating on risk-focused audits and the implementation of global best practices. This role provides excellent growth potential within a rapidly expanding company that values a flat organizational structure, strong benefits, and a balanced work-life environment.Why Join Us:

• Competitive salary range of $130,000 – $155,000/year
• Bonus potential of 10-25%
• Flexible hybrid schedule of 4 days remote, 1 day in-office

Responsibilities:

• Lead or assist in audits of subsidiaries, business units, cross-functional reviews, and special projects
• Develop a thorough understanding of business processes, markets, and industry trends
• Design risk and control matrices, document workflows, and draft audit narratives
• Report audit findings to Executive Management, Board, and Audit Committees

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in external/internal audit, consulting, or leasing
• CISA certification and advanced degree required; MBA preferred
• Experience in auditing commercial lease transactions, hard assets, and compliance (KYC)
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Teammate experience is a plus)
