DescriptionHybrid Tax Manager – Up to $120,000/yrOur client, a growing tax firm in Wakefield, MA, is seeking a full-time Tax Manager to join their team. Enjoy a hybrid work setup with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, and a competitive salary up to $120k/year. The role includes overseeing tax engagements, maintaining client relationships, and providing guidance to the team. Responsibilities also involve managing a book of business, including production goals and budgets. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, 8+ years of Tax Accounting experience, CPA Certification, and proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and ProSystem fx Tax.
