To achieve this goal, we engage in both curiosity-driven and community-driven inquiry, and are committed to productive knowledge exchange.The Collaborative Applied Research for Equity in Health Policy & Systems Research Lab is an applied health policy and systems research program that tackles complex public health priorities and health system challenges by collaborating with policy- and decision-makers, practitioners, and communities to support evidence-informed decisions and applied interventions that improve health and health equity.PositionThis position supports the implementation of a novel Indigenous Support Hub model in primary care for Indigenous patients to reduce health inequities. Reporting to the Principal Investigator and working closely with the research team, the Implementation Research Coordinator will assist with project management, promoting the Indigenous Support Hub to Primary Care Network (PCN) partners, and documenting the progress of the Hub’s implementation in PCNs.This position requires someone with strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills who is relationship-oriented with experience in community-based participatory research, ideally in the field of Indigenous health. In this role, you will engage regularly with the research team, Indigenous-focused primary healthcare providers, and Indigenous support hub workers.Note: This position is based on North Campus, but will be a hybrid of working from home, office, and in the field. There is a requirement to travel by vehicle or by air to participating research sites.DutiesProject Management & Administration
