MontrealHave you been practicing labor and employment law for several years and would like to pursue further your career with the legal team of an internationally recognized company? This position is for you !This company is recruiting its next legal advisor. The candidate we are looking for has a minimum of 3 to 7 years’ experience in labor law, acquired either in-house or within a professional services firm. Our client is looking forward to working with you!This opportunity will give you the chance to work in a diversified practice where you will be called upon to deal with labour and employment law matters. On a day-to-day basis, you will be reviewing policies and guidelines, drafting employment contracts and more. You will have a consultative role, particularly with regards to the life cycle of an employee within the company (hiring, recruitment, disciplinary measures, termination), and will be able to collaborate with teams located around the world to bring your expertise forward. You’ll also be called to provide in-house training and offer support to your colleagues. You will also have an analytical and negotiating role in certain litigation cases.Your negotiating and writing skills, your determination and your great autonomy will be your best allies in handling your files. In addition, you will play a leading role in supporting other professionals in employment and labor law matters.This employer offers attractive benefits and a hybrid teleworking practice.   • Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;
  • A minimum of 3 to 7 years’ experience in labor and employment law;

  • Ability to communicate in both languages, spoken and written;
  • Autonomy, leadership skills, team spirit, priority management.
