1 Future Walk, Chesterfield, S49 1PFAbout the roleReporting to the In Life Control Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering administrative service that meets the agreed service levels and data input to relevant systems and software, such as Excel, Word, M5 etc.
  • Data checking, verification, reconciliation, and analysis to identify problematic issues.
  • Maintaining accurate and relevant data, including electronic and hard copy filing, and extracting data for query resolution.
  • Provision of general administrative support, including telephone call handling, and processing and handling customer requests, problems, and issues effectively with a strong customer focus.
  • Invoice production and query resolution and working with suppliers to deliver against agreed delivery schedule.
  • Checking, processing, and payment of invoices and maintaining a shared inbox contact at all required times.

  • Excellent IT Skills, with experience in a range of software packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
  • Great standard of organisation and time management skills and the ability to demonstrate good team working skills.
  • Confident communication skills including telephone call handling and e-mail/written correspondence and being open and comfortable with change, new processes, and new ways of working.
  • Able to prioritise conflicting deadlines and tasks effectively.
  • Current professional experience of Fleet, including working knowledge of fleet compliance and legalisation such as clean air zones and direct vision standard.
