We are Amazon Robotics and we will give you the tools and assistance you need to invent with us in ways that are rewarding, fulfilling and fun.The Robotics Manufacturing & Technical Operations (RMTO) organization is Amazon Robotics’ manufacturing arm for industrial robotics. We manufacture high-quality robotics for fulfillment and transportation centers across Amazon. It’s an operation that works cross-functionally with Engineering and Supply Chain teams. We are seeking a talented Industrial Engineer with thorough knowledge of workflow/process path design, space utilization/efficiency, ergonomics, and system design to support the manufacturing operation in our Westborough, MA facility.In this role, you will provide technical guidance and support to the manufacturing site leader by designing a system or systems through analyzing process work flows and sequence of operations. You will improve efficiencies in production facilities and equipment layouts; and establish methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. The company has complex products that requires a detail-oriented, organized, and high-energy individual to produce new, reworked, or even deprecate existing engineering work. The successful candidate for this position will be a self-managing, action-oriented individual focused on developing a high performing system while delivering business results.Key job responsibilities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and 3+ years of Industrial Engineering experience
