looking to add a Maintenance Manager to their
team. If you are an experienced industrial maintenance technician with

job sites with the risk of injuries and accidents. They pride themselves on

Maintenance
Manager Responsibilities:
- Leadership
and team management – lead a team of maintenance technicians including
providing guidance and support - Maintenance
Strategy Development – develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies
to optimize equipment reliability and performance - Oversee
the maintenance and repair of all production equipment, including reactive
injection molding machines, auxiliary systems, and support equipment - Manage
and maintain automated systems and control panels integral to the manufacturing
processes - Manage
inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies to ensure availability for
maintenance activities
Schedule: Monday – Friday, day
shift
Maintenance Manager Requirements:
- 8+
years of experience of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing
environment - Strong
leadership and team building skills and experience - Experience
with automation systems - Knowledge
of electrical equipment - Excellent
problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
Compensation: $90,000 – $125,000
