Industrial Maintenance Manager

company that manufactures safety equipment for high-risk environments is
looking to add a Maintenance Manager to their
team. If you are an experienced industrial maintenance technician with

has been in business for over 30 years manufacturing safety equipment mainly to
job sites with the risk of injuries and accidents. They pride themselves on
protecting workers, workplaces, and the environment.

Maintenance
Manager Responsibilities:

• Leadership
  and team management – lead a team of maintenance technicians including
  providing guidance and support
• Maintenance
  Strategy Development – develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies
  to optimize equipment reliability and performance
• Oversee
  the maintenance and repair of all production equipment, including reactive
  injection molding machines, auxiliary systems, and support equipment
• Manage
  and maintain automated systems and control panels integral to the manufacturing
  processes
• Manage
  inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies to ensure availability for
  maintenance activities

Schedule: Monday – Friday, day
shift

Maintenance Manager Requirements:

• 8+
  years of experience of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing
  environment
• Strong
  leadership and team building skills and experience
• Experience
  with automation systems
• Knowledge
  of electrical equipment
• Excellent
  problem solving and troubleshooting abilities

Compensation: $90,000 – $125,000
