differenceSummary of position:Prepares and spray paints parts or assemblies such as: landing gear, hydraulic cylinders, detail parts, etc. Prepares various parts by carrying out identification and broaching operations, on parts to be painted or in preparation for deliveryMain responsibilities:
- Carry out a visual check of the part to be painted and ensure that it is well
cleaned before proceeding with other required operations.
- Adjusts his guns, prepares the required mixtures according to prescribed standards, cleans the parts and resolves the problems inherent in his work, usually without technical assistance.
- Performs moderately complicated operations requiring care and attention to detail and whose
monetary consequences are moderately high.
- Occasionally carries out masking and unmasking operations on the various parts to be painted.
- Prepares transparent sealant mixtures (CLEAR) and those required for sealing operations.

whether manual or mechanized (brush, air brush, painting equipment, etc.) and cleans them.
- Assembles and adjusts measuring instruments.
- Occasionally trains and/or guides other employees in their classification

- Responsible for the quality and quantity of his work, completes the information and/or documents necessary for his operation.
- Reports to his superior any anomaly concerning his work or safety.
- Keeps tools and workstation clean and in good order.
- Has the personal tools necessary to carry out his work (minimum list).
- Carry out any other similar task entrusted by the immediate superior.
Qualifications:
- Secondary course and one year of course in the specialty
- Significant effort of analysis and judgment required
- Four (4) years of experience
- Must have a minimum list of tools
