Job Description:
Do you enjoy solving problems and being the go-to person with the answers? Are you able to talk with and build trust with customers? Are you interested in working with Adobe’s business up-close by partnering with our global field organization and being an expert on key trust topics that helps sales go through effectively? This job blends an understanding of information security, compliance, privacy, and related controls with technical acuity, evangelism, program management, relationship building, business savvy, and an eye for detail with timely execution. We are a critical hub for Sales, Legal, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Product teams in presenting Adobe’s security and trust posture and helping ensure necessary alignment with customer requirements. We assist these teams throughout the sales cycle, helping to close business while accurately representing Adobe’s trust controls and posture.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $101,300 — $229,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
