Job Responsibilities:

  • The Analyst will communicate the Business Continuity Lifecycle and work with Vertiv Business Units and Technology Teams during crisis events, assists in documenting plans, and conducts test and exercises. Must speak fluent English.
  • Conducts the business impact analysis, and business continuity risk assessment, identifies the potential impact of various disruptions and disaster scenarios.
  • The Analyst will lead and support the development and training on business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management for the Vertiv organization.
  • Develops business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Experience in writing and documenting procedures or processes. o Coordinate the review, maintenance and testing of department Business Continuity Plans, working with Business owners to Coordinate the review, maintenance and testing of technology Disaster Recovery Plans for core infrastructure services, working with Information Technology and Infrastructure management
  • Testing; experience in performing various types of business continuity and disaster recovery testing. This includes Tabletop Testing, Emergency Drills, Technology Tests, Functional Testing, etc.
  • Crisis Management; some experience in running a crisis meeting and managing a disaster event.
  • Experience with vendors; familiarity with vendor management and vendor due diligence.
  • Reporting; assists the Business Continuity Manager in the reporting of the progress and compliance of business continuity processes, readiness, events and test or exercise results.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience in Business Continuity, Technology, Information Security, Risk Management, or related field
  • Incident or Crisis Management experience
  • Knowledge or some experience in SharePoint, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office, project management, and emergency notification systems a plus.
