This opportunity is open to U.S. based candidates. Preference will be given to candidates located near one of our Daktronics campus locations. Check out our .Pay and perks:The typical hiring pay for this position is $13.75/hour to $14.50/hour. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including relevant education, experiences, location, and applicable local legislation.Students with GPA of 3.5 and above are eligible for a $500 bonus (Academic Excellence Reward) each semester completed while employed.This position will be eligible for company benefits including, employee discount program, employee assistance program, community donation program, unpaid time off, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, leaves, disability, and accommodations.This information is intended to be a general overview and may be modified by Daktronics due to factors affecting the business.QualificationsAcademic Requirements:

• The preferred candidate will be a currently enrolled as a student and registered in at least 12 credits at an accredited Bachelor’s Degree program in business, technology or management or related degree programs.
• The preferred candidate will be in their sophomore or junior year of school.
• Only strong academic performers in undergraduate coursework will be considered.
• Must maintain an acceptable GPA.
• Unofficial transcripts or web transcripts must be submitted with application to be considered.

Other Requirements:

• Applicants should be available to work 15-20 hours per week during the academic year and up to 40 hours per week during the summer.
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills and self-motivation.
• Microsoft office experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to understand and take direction on solving complex business information problems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of all Daktronics information.
• Ability to meet all workplace safety requirements.
