The Launch Execution, Adoption, and Facilities (LEAF) team is hiring for an Infrastructure Escalation Specialist, to support the Fleet Infrastructure team’s goal of exceeding customer expectations by ensuring that their orders, no matter how large or small, are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost effectively as possible.Amazon is seeking a detail-oriented person to support strategic vendor relationships, diving deep into invoice and purchasing patterns to help inform key decisions in the infrastructure and fuel industries.This position will work at Amazon’s corporate office in Nashville, Tennessee.Key job responsibilities
About the team
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS– High school or equivalent diploma
– 1+ years of using a computer maintenance management system in planning, scheduling and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities experience
– 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
– Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
– Travel up to 15% of the time
– 1+ years of experience in project, construction, or customer-service facing rolePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– 2+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
– Ability to work independently while maintaining all deadlines and critical date obligations Effective time management and organization skills
– Effective and professional communication skills Demonstrated ability to establish processes, workflows, standard procedures
– Self-starter that is able to identify opportunities and drive solutions
– Entry level competency in support of a full range of construction management/administrative tools and best practices
– Comfortable operating in an extremely fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity
