The Ingka Centres CFO Domain leads, steers and supports overall Ingka Centres financial reporting that is beneficial to people & planet and protects and adds value to our assets, securing profitable growth and financial independenceWHY YOU:As our Accounting and Reporting Co-Worker you will be responsible to providing Accounting & Reporting services, supporting a strong compliance framework, and effective governance to enable entrepreneurship and safeguard our people, customers and businesses.WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- Current or previous studies in accounting (either with an accounting body e.g. AAT, ACCA or ACA or CIMA, or through further education.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Basic understanding of company legal (GAAP, Tax, statistical) obligations, governance and compliance.
- Minimum of 1-2 years prior experience in financial accounting, reporting and compliance.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY:
- Prepare and reconcile journal entries for assets, liabilities, costs, revenues, and cash flow.
- Ensure VAT compliance with current laws and internal guidelines.
- Process all relevant data accurately and on time, following accounting frameworks.
- Manage financial accounting, including Accounts Payable and Receivable, ensuring timely processing and follow-up.
- Contribute to accurate financial reporting in line with INGKA Group standards and local regulations.
- Foster efficient collaboration with Centre Managers, Lease Managers, and tenants.
- Support internal and external audits, yearly filings, and compliance activities.
- Act as a contact point for specific companies, handling all Accounts & Receivable activities.
- Stay informed about business activities, technological innovations, and global transformations.
- Implement changes from global and local accounting directives.
- Provide A&R expertise for local and global projects.
- Maintain connections across core areas, business owners, and process teams within the Ingka Group.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:This position is full time, you will work 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
