Job Description:We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as our Innovation Hub Leader. Reporting into the Head of Brand and Communications for the UK&I, you will lead the strategy and implementation of our immersive customer experiences at our innovation hub locations in London and Coventry as well as key strategic partnership locations.Our Innovation Hubs are essential commercial tools for both our UK based and foreign clients and institutions. The London Innovation Hub will be launched late 2024 and will complete a zone footprint of Innovation Hubs across our London, Coventry, and Leeds sites to represent the incredible solutions that we have to offer. These hubs have the potential to host thousands of visitors, both national and international. They are a crucial tool for engaging our end customers and representing Schneider’s innovation to our institutional VIP delegations.Responsibilities:

  • London & Coventry Innovation Hubs: Lead the strategy and design of the London Innovation Hub with direct responsibility over the London and Coventry locations. Ensure coordination with the other Innovation Hubs (London, Coventry, Leeds) to best guide our customers to the most relevant Innovation Hub and experience, ensuring consistency and scale. Lead on the continuous improvement of the content and technology of the experience, working with site facilities, technical leads, marketing, business, and Global Marketing functions.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Define the full ecosystem and landscape of how other strategic partnership locations and experiences can be incorporated into our customer experience when visiting a Schneider Electric and / or partnership site location.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure excellence in the customer experience to foster business growth with tailored experiences for different C-Level audiences.
  • Demonstrated Innovation: This role requires knowledge of our clients and offerings, a keen business sense, and excellent presentation skills. The selected individual will have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring continuity between external events and the life of the Innovation Hub. Updating offers and presentation content will be guaranteed through quality coordination with global and UK&I teams.
  • Lead Generation: Inform and collaborate with local teams to ensure visitor follow-up and experience continuity after their visit to the Innovation Hub; track the commercial impact.
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop a community of ambassadors, working closely with segment managers and country marketing managers to ensure the relevance of the offerings highlighted in the Hubs. Apart from its internal and external impact and cross-entity reach, the interest of the role lies in its proximity to the sales teams, particularly for conducting briefings and creating personalized agendas for an ever-improving customer experience, promoting the adoption of Schneider Electric’s services and solutions by clients. They will be responsible for ensuring that the commercial presentations are tailored to the profile of the visitors (C-level, ambassadors, ministers, etc.). This includes preparation in advance with the KAM and/or institutional managers, as well as post-visit follow-ups to accelerate the commercial impact.
  • Supporting Early Careers & Employer Branding: This role will coordinate and connect our People First mission with the Innovation hub strategy, specifically around Early Careers. Schneider Electric is already recognised as one of the best places for graduates and apprentices to start their career according to Job Crowd. This role will take an active role in partnership with HR on the definition of a Talent Development Program that will attract and develop our workforce of the future, leveraging the innovation hubs to support the onboarding and employee experience. This includes partnerships with universities, innovation hubs and government innovation initiatives.

Skills and Experience:

  • Strongly recommended commercial experience to be able to prepare impactful client visits.
  • Experience in direct and/or cross-functional team management.
  • Excellent organizational skills: this role requires orchestrating numerous elements and paying critical attention to deadlines and details.
  • Knowledge of Schneider Electric offerings
  • Team management.
  • Sales presentation.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills for clear and impactful presentations. Great adaptability to the audience
