You’ll have the opportunity to work remotely while also connecting with your colleagues at our Brighton office at least once a week, fostering a dynamic and supportive environment.You’ll be working on re-inventing insurance in exciting markets across multiple territories including the UK, US and the Netherlands, and new European countries as we expand.Supported by (and reporting to) the Director of Customer Operations, you’ll be joining a friendly team of 4 who believe in delivering outstanding growth through value based selling, fast iterations and creative use of technology.We value high performance and care deeply about making INSHUR feel like a place where everyone is building something really special, that we can all be proud of, and doing it with friends.What you’ll doAs an Inside Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing a sales team and ensuring sales targets are achieved. You will hire, train, develop and support team members to perform new business and retention sales activities.We don’t have a definite checklist of skills – our hiring process is much more about aptitude and passion than ticking boxes. So don’t worry if you’ve not used a particular tool or checked off all the listed skills and experience.That said, below is a guideline of skills that we think would make you successful in this role.We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have plenty of experience in/with sales best practices and can craft and iterate on powerful sales playbooks (including SLAs, KPIs, scripts, latest technology and tools)
  • Understand the importance of (and ideally experience in) setting goals, measuring and optimizing sales performance within an FCA regulated environment
  • Are passionate about results and coaching sales team members
  • Understand the value of linking big picture company objectives with short term sales goals
