Starting rate for inside sales $30-$32/hr
Profit incentive $5000/year (when 100% of targets are achieved)
PRP incentive $3000/year (when 100% of targets are achieved)
Monthly sales incentive $3000/yr ($250/month) (when targets are achieved)
Shift: Monday-FridayJob Details: The Inside Sales Representative will help to drive the sales of the company products with existing and new customers. They will primarily execute outbound sales calls to existing dealer base, while working closely with Sales and Customer Service teams, as well as with end customers, resellers, and the entire management group.Responsibilities:– Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with Marketing, Credit, Sales Support, Production, and Logistics teams to streamline sales transactions and enhance customer satisfaction.
– Customer Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify improvement areas and inform strategic decision-making.
– Drive Sales Growth: Promote and sell key products across various channels to exceed company sales targets.
– Product and Industry Knowledge: Stay knowledgeable and updated on products, services, and industry trends.
– CRM Management: Maintain accurate records and information on all customer activities using CRM software (Pipedrive).
– Account Research and Lead Generation: Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
– Sales Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts to predict future sales performance.
– KPI Tracking: Monitor and track relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
– Client Interaction and Industry Events: Occasionally travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.Qualifications/Requirements:– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales.
– 3+ years of sales experience with a strong emphasis on cold calling and new account acquisition.
– Experience in the 2-way radio industry highly desirable.
– Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets, particularly through proactive outreach and cold calling efforts.
– Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools to effectively manage and track customer interactions and sales performance.
– A results-driven mindset, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting and sales tactics.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive demeanor that resonates well over the phone and in face-to-face interactions.
