More about Agilent onWe are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) within our Laboratory Service Sales department to cover the French market.As part of the services EMEA Inside Sales team the desired candidate will:Meet sales objectives by driving remote sales opportunities (through inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, virtual meetings…) with existing customers and new prospectsDevelop and maintain effective customer relations with procurement, laboratory managers and end users to drive customer’s needs and interest to the Agilent services portfolioIdentify and generate new business opportunities in their territory to grow the existing customer baseProactively collaborate with field service and internal sales teams to drive a differentiated customer experienceProvide quotes, understand customer needs, and proactively act to meet those needsProvide accurate forecast sales and maintain CRM up to dateThis position will be based in France, from the Paris, Les Ullis office under the hybrid model.QualificationsThe ideal candidate should possess the following skills:Bachelor or Master’s degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or equivalentProficient sales development experience, ideally in the life science industry with a passion for a career in salesFluent French skills and highly proficient in EnglishExcellent verbal and written communications skills to interact with many external and internal partnersGood time management and territory organizational skills with demonstrated experience working via digital tools for inside sales (phone, chat, social media, TEAMS, etc.)Strong sales prospecting and negotiation skillsOn a personal level, you are creative, customer focused and tend to challenge the status-quo. You are flexible and adaptable, show a real can-do attitude and are motivated to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, international team environment.
