About The Role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a world leading B2B coding and marking organisation, specialising in selling Videojet’s services to our existing UK Installed Base spanning a wide range of industries. In addition to this, strengthen incremental equipment sales revenue growth with new and existing customers through phone-based qualification of marketing driven campaigns.

About The Person

Reporting to the Service Sales Manager and based from the Huntingdon or Nottingham office with occasional travel nationally (UK & IRE), you will be driven to understand our customer wants and values, engage with customers in a compelling manner. Work with and support the wider business to familiarise customers with Videojet products and services. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working within a team, supporting the wider business and have the confidence and ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Value selling new service agreements, customer training, VideojetConnect Remote Service (VRS) and equipment upgrades from prospect and customer accounts and marketing campaigns

  • Opportunity funnel management – conduct weekly/monthly follow-up communications with supporting departments in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel

  • Renewing Service agreements

  • Retention and growth of existing contract and equipment base

  • Provide pre-sales support for opportunities that are in the funnel

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency with a CRM system (preferably Salesforce.com), data integrity, and MS office applications – particularly MS Excel

  • Self-motivated with a high attention to detail and ability to multi-task whilst working in a fast-flowing sales environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Full and valid driver’s license is essential
