Job Title : Inspections Manager

Location: Regional – Home Based

Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 17.00, although flexibility with hours may be required on occasion

  • Role will be homebased with travel between properties throughout the week.

  • Expected that periodic overnight stays will be required due to the location of some properties

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent CBRE and our clients to a high standard when conducting inspections

  • Complete inspections in accordance with SOP’s and policies

  • Record all inspection findings within CBREs inspection tools

  • Checking and reporting on condition, damages and disrepair

  • Checking and reporting of safety and fire hazards and environmental issues

  • Driving a company vehicle safely and to a high standard

  • Reporting to the Property Manager promptly any areas of concerns noted, including tenant breaches.

Person Specification

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships

  • Experienced in prioritising and co-ordinate tasks efficiently

  • Accurate and exceptional attention to detail

  • The ability to work alone

  • Understanding of leases and legal documents and the ability to interpret in relation to repair and other clauses

  • Full clean UK driving license

  • MRICS qualified, preferable but not essential
