We are EVERSANA.Job DescriptionTHE POSITION:The Integrated Commercialization Brand Leader, COMPLETE Commercialization, will be responsible for all EVERSANA and EVERSANA partnered activities for a COMPLETE Commercialization project in Europe. This individual will be charged with coordinating across all EVERSANA businesses to form an integrated brand team that will deliver launch success for the partner company. This individual will also be the key point of contact with the Partner’s General Manager in Europe, and with the partner company’s team leaders. The Integrated Commercialization Brand Leader will coordinate with the partner company to develop and implement a commercial strategy to optimize growth, ensure commercial excellence and superior customer experience for a prescription drug launch in the European market. He/she will have oversight for the partner’s budget and will work closely with the partner’s General Manager for budget management. The Integrated Commercialization Brand Leader will work closely with EVERSANA’s country managers to comply with all European standards on hiring and personnel management.The Integrated Commercialization Brand Leader will have a direct reporting relationship to EVERSANA’s European office, with oversight and support from the US based COMPLETE Oncology teamESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for partner’s profits, expenses and sales success in the European Market
  • Collaborate with the partner’s Senior Management and Commercial team to develop strategies, plans, and team leadership for launch strategy, HTA filings and reimbursement, and execution in key markets.
  • Oversee the implementation and successful development of strategic marketing plans and ensures integration between Marketing, Market Access, and the field teams.
  • Oversees the product strategy and performance in each market.
  • Determines and monitors launch key performance indicators with the partner.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field, MBA or equivalent desired.
  • Experience and/or Training: 20+ years of progressive commercial or agency experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of Market Access and communication strategies in various European markets with a proven ability to build and lead all facets of a Commercial function.
  • Ability to lead a brand team including marketing, market access, medical affairs and compliance functions.
  • Extensive experience building and managing high performance Commercial teams in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire top talent, develop and manage employees, and build a successful organization.
  • Prior commercial experience in similar size organizations as well as large corporate organizations.
  • Solid experience with innovative go-to market models.
  • Proven success with launching new products to market.
  • Ability to work well within all levels of the organization.
  • Results driven.
  • Ability to analyze cost-benefit scenarios and understand HTA negotiations.
  • Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness to all levels of the organization.
  • Attention to detail in analyses, deliverables and communications.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; must be able to provide succinct, strategic, and actionable insights to senior executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Technology/Equipment : Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications; familiarity with promotional review process.
