This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global business in a fun, inclusive team. We`re looking for passionate, flexible, customer-focused colleagues to join our home-based team.As a team leader you will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of the team, including being a focal point for enquiries, identifying and fulfilling training requirements, driving colleague engagement and team performance, so we’re looking for an enthusiastic leader able to motivate and support colleagues as well as train, develop and appraise them. A strategic thinker is beneficial to help develop this new team within our PMO function.Many of our colleagues now benefit from working flexibly between the office and home, which helps support a healthy work/life balance.
