We are seeking a dynamic Interim Recruiter to join our client for a 6 month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top talent, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews across various departments. You should have a proven track record in recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process

My client is a leading Manufacturing organisation.

  • Salary of £50,000 – £60,000 per annum
  • Option to be full-time or part-time (4 days)
  • Predominantly on-site role with some flexibility to work from home
