Job Title: Interim Recruitment Resourcer
Location: Redditch (Hybrid Working)
Type: Temporary Contract (3-6 months)
Salary: Competitive hourly rate / PAYE ContractAs an Interim Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and engaging high-quality candidates across various roles.

• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Review applications, conduct initial screening calls, and create shortlists of qualified candidates for further stages.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate records.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and recruitment consultants to understand role requirements and provide valuable insights on the candidate market.
• Candidate Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Interim contract |Hybrid working

• Proven experience in recruitment resourcing or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
• Proactive approach to sourcing and attracting candidates, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment is advantageous.
