Are you looking to support operations as well as assisting the North America Finance and Accounting team in fulfilling mandates? If so, join us to further your skills and immerse yourself in the dynamic world of finance at our company.In this role, you will…Prepare monthly commission calculations for Appraisers. Calculate monthly bonuses for various compensation plansFile and pay various city, county and state taxesPrepare monthly revenue and commission expense accrualsPrepare and assist with various tax reporting and various quarerly reports. Assist with compiling samples for interim and annual auditsAssist with accounts receivable application and reconciliations. Prepare journal entries as needed within area of responsibilityAssist in the preparation of operating lease commitments and other quarterly schedulesWhat you’ll bringNear completion of or holding a CPA designation3 to 5 years financial accounting experience in a sizeable multinational corporationStrong aptitude for streamlining and improving processes.Has exceptional analytical, quantitative, and statistical skills.Effectively communicates with colleagues in a multicultural, multinational environment.Pursuant to the laws regarding job postings where the position is located in, Colliers is disclosing the following information:Approximate Salary Range for Role: $56,250.00 to $93,750.00Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations.
