The intern will work on developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to improve travel recommendations, expense management, and overall user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesData Collection and Analysis:Gather and analyze user interaction data from various Cytric platforms.Identify patterns and trends to understand user behavior and preferences.AI Model Development:Develop and train machine learning models to provide personalized travel recommendations based on user history and preferences.Implement AI algorithms for automatic expense management, including receipt recognition enhancement and categorization.Generative AI Integration:Explore the use of GenAI to create dynamic and engaging content for users, such as personalized travel itineraries and real-time travel assistance.Develop a GenAI-powered assistant to provide proactive support and suggestions during travel disruptions.User Experience Enhancement:Collaborate with the UX/UI team to integrate AI-driven features seamlessly into the Cytric platform.Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the AI models and user experience.Performance Monitoring and Optimization:Monitor the performance of AI models and make necessary adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency.Implement A/B testing to evaluate the impact of AI-driven features on user satisfaction and engagement.Your ProfileWe are looking for tech-passionate students in computer science with strong English skills.
