Make a difference.Our teamThe team is part of the People & Culture department.The Learning & Career France team (LCF) is composed of four people who oversee programs & associated tools/processes to enable:
- The company to anticipate, plan and have the right skills at the right time & place.
- the employees to develop themselves, express their best potential and drive their career.
Effective Talent & Career Development is enabled through the articulation of various activities and processes within the HR cycle:
- Skills development – training, on the job training, short-term assignments, coaching, mentoring
- Performance monitoring
- Job architecture & career evolution paths
- Talent identification and succession planning
Role OverviewIn the Learning & Career France team, you will oversee improving the visibility of our services department to increase employees learning experience and you will support the specialists in their daily activities.Key ResponsibilitiesDuring this experience you will:
- Contribute to update and develop our communication materials:
- Ensure our learning materials are up to date
- Analyse & revamp our existing communication materials (email, SharePoint pages, course outline, training curricula, training catalogue, mentoring/coaching offers …), evaluate the employees expectations/needs and make recommendations on how to improve employees learning experience (communication channels, message, branding)
- Create end user guides, online help and other supporting documentation if needed
- Support the talent specialists on coordinating logistics for nominations and talent management processes.
- Support the team on monitoring key performance indicators to ensure learning effectiveness from the needs analysis to learning evaluation.
- Benchmark with other companies’ practices/learning offer and make recommendations.
- Support the team to develop and manage our internal trainers community.
Your ProfileIf you are currently pursuing a master’s degree or MBA and have strong Excel skills, along with proficiency in PowerPoint and SharePoint, this opportunity is for you. Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in process documentation and improvement, as well as good oral and written English skills, which are essential in our international business environment. Your prior experience in team settings—whether through projects, internships, or jobs—demonstrates your reliability and trustworthiness. Additionally, your high attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, and strong interpersonal skills complement your organized and methodical approach to work.What We Offer
