The role:Reporting to the Internal Communications & Engagement Partner, the Internal Communications & Engagement Officer will support the delivery of communications to colleagues. This will include the creation and delivery of engaging communications to ensure colleagues:

What will make you successful in the role?Ideally, you will have worked in a large matrix style organisation, but this is not essential. Attributes we will be looking for include strong communication skills, strong stakeholder management, attention to detail and a flexible “can-do” attitude.This role has been created to assist our Communications and Engagement Partner, and to do this successfully you will need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to help, but also being able to gauge when this is necessary.There are many opportunities for career development in MAG and, as such, we are always keen to hire people who show potential to progress within the business.We operate a hybrid working policy -this is three days per week in the office, with flexible working hours within that.
