The team sits centrally and works with the global business. We’re encouraged to bring innovative ideas to the team and kick the tyres of each other’s ideas and campaigns – always trying new things and giving each other confidence too.The role…We have an exciting new opportunity for a skilled and experienced Internal Communications professional to join on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for internal strategic storytelling that demonstrates how we’re Supercharging Streaming and Optimising Broadcast to the wider ITV community. You will partner with the M&E Leadership team and be responsible for ITV Roadshows, Carolyn’s Vodcasts, Leadership Forums and other opportunities to use communications and events to bring the strategy to life through storytelling. Reporting into the Director of Internal Communications, this role has a Senior Internal Communications Exec dotted line into themSome of you key day-to-day responsibilities will include:● You will have a key role in our Internal engagement strategies● Work with M&E leaders to communicate their key priorities, strategic announcements and updates in the central internal comms channels and to their teams● Bring our M&E content and marketing campaigns to life for colleagues by creating a ‘behind the scenes’ view and a feeling of privileged early access to our shows and talent via: Tickets to shows, dress rehearsals and press events, colleague social events, sharing of social media campaigns, blogs and stories, competitions, videos, interviews, and promos etc – lots of room for innovation in how we do this in new ways● Manage the end-to-end process of the strategy, content and delivery of Carolyn’s vodcasts, with opportunity to explore evolution of the format● Manage the process for all communications relating to ITV results announcements● Find and tell stories from across ITV that show strategic progress through our IC channels – videos, blogs, articles, Lunch & Learns● Manage ITV Socials and other events including lunch & learns and screenings● Create branded campaign assets● Measure performance and evolve the format based on feedback● Support Internal Communications team with business-wide projects, campaigns and comms if neededSkills you’ll need (minimum criteria)…● Background working in a large complex organisation● Background in Communications and Event Management● Worked with senior leaders and comfortable partnering with and influencing senior leadersOther things we’re looking for (key criteria)…● Great energy.
