We have a fantastic opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join our recruitment team.Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Resourcing the Internal Recruiter provides a service to operational managers and HR to ensure a professional recruitment and on-boarding service for the EMED Group. Responsibility for the recruitment process from advert through to employment.Benefits for the role include

Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with recruiting team and business managers for writing job advertisements for internal and external vacancies.
  • Advertise vacancies on job boards, careers pages and social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Participation in career events and job fairs to boost the reputation of EMED Group and meet potential candidates.
  • Provide interview feedback as required.
  • Analyse retention and turnover rates for the purpose of forecasting hiring needs.
  • Evaluate candidates based on their assignment and interview performance.
  • Report to HR Managers and business Managers on the status of open jobs.
  • Screen and Interview candidates through various stages of recruitment.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience with interviewing, evaluation and selection of candidates.
  • Demonstrate a solid background in recruitment and preferably knowledge of working in an extended HR team.
  • Experience as an Internal/External Recruiter, preferably working within the recruitment of social care/care-based staff.
  • Experience with different interview formats (e.g., phone, group, structured interviews etc.)
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
  • Knowledge of all relevant employment law relating to recruitment.
  • Experience with CV databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, Talent Pools, and On-Boarding systems.
  • Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a remote working team.
  • National travel is required and therefore having the ability to drive, and your own vehicle is essential.
