Job RoleWe’re recruiting an Internal Recruitment Consultant to work as an integral part of the HR Internal Resourcing team. Our successful candidate will work closely with Senior Managers to meet our recruitment requirements, resourcing talent and producing innovative solutions for hard to fill vacancies across all skills sets over our multiple locations, ensuring our candidates are sourced from a wide range of sources, and are hired in a timely and effective manner using industry standard best practice processes.Our ideal candidate will have extensive full cycle recruitment experience so may have worked in an agency, or RPO or in an internal resourcing team and would have solid experience recruiting for a broad range of positions.You’ll have the ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver excellence to ensure results are successfully achieved.We need your strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills and your love of working in a fast- paced environment. Having a high level of attention to detail, good writing skills and experience of using Applicant Tracking system is required.We have a fantastic, lively professional team and we look forward to you joining us.In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we’re offering a competitive salary range £27,500 – £31,500 p.a. Hours: 37 hours a week. Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm; and Friday, 8.30 am to 4.30pm.
Closing Date: 21 June 2024Key Responsibilities

  • Build excellent working relationships with internal customers to understand their business needs, resource requirements and key skills for roles – driving excellent customer satisfaction
  • To co-ordinate all recruitment administration using various in-house systems
  • Focus on delivering results, ensuring the hiring manager is aware of process and driving roles through to required timescales for completion.
  • Draft tailored adverts in line with the JD to attract the right candidate for the role
  • Management of job posting to job boards and various social media channels
  • To liaise with agencies, suppliers and relevant internal and external stakeholders as appropriate
  • Ensure all records and data is kept up to date in line with GDPR
  • Support hiring managers with interview questions, shortlisting and screening where required
  • To assist in the preparation of ad hoc reports and presentations and attend meetings as required
  • Work towards SLAs and Targets

  • Experience of delivering end to end recruitment – either in house, managed service or agency recruitment
  • Team player
  • Ability to manage a high volume complex work load
  • Strong customer service with excellent verbal and written communications
  • Self-motivated and ability to manage own time and project
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Up to date knowledge of current recruitment trends and marketing methods
