A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Internal Recruitment Resourcer, working within our fast-paced Internal Recruitment team at The Growth Company (GC). Our achievements leave a lasting impact on growth in every community and partnership we engage with.We are seeking a motivated individual eager to contribute to a successful company while enhancing their recruitment and HR expertise.Please note this role is a 12 month fixed-term contract based in Manchester.The role;Managing the end-to-end candidate search and selection process which includes;

• To proactively source and screen candidate job applications.
• Head hunting talent via CV sourcing on job boards and LinkedIn.
• Arranging and conducting telephone interviews.
• Liaising with our Hiring Managers and key internal stakeholders.
• Generating employee referrals and recommendations to build a candidate pipeline.
• Building our online presence through the use of social media, such as LinkedIn.
• Inputting data and candidate information into our in-house Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and updating a selection of Excel documents to track MI.
• Researching and attending jobs fairs.
• Building a great relationship with the local job centres and universities.

Experience required;

• Experience working in a recruitment agency or internal recruitment team is essential.
• Must have highly proficient IT Skills, such as Microsoft Excel, Social Media platforms and ATS Systems.
• Have a flexible approach to work.
• Knowledge of Recruitment industry standards or employment legislation is desirable.
• Confident, ambitious hard workers with a strong commercial awareness with the drive and desire to develop and progress.
