Role Description:

The Internal Sourcing Partner will be part of the broader Internal Recruitment Team and will be responsible for the inbound sourcing for employee applications to vacancies across different Business Units & Job Profiles across EMEA with mainly a tech scope. The role reports into the Internal Recruitment Manager.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Act as a first line ambassador to potential candidates, by filtering, screening and actively engaging and driving a positive interview experience.
• Understanding the requirements for various departments & crafts, partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to develop customised and inclusive job adverts (Textio) for posting on internal channels (i.e. newsletter, internal hiring career website, slack channels, Blink)
• Serve as inbound expert within the team, delivering insights on trends i.e. conversion ratios, internal pipeline health, skills in the (craft) community, and proposing solutions to identified blockers.
• Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to build & leverage pipelines for short-term and long-term needs
• Actively source profiles from our internal talent pools
• Lead online assessment processes where relevant
• Accurately collect, report and track data, with specific focus on internal hiring metrics.Adhere Drive your performance via to SLAs internal hiring objectives and metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and high level of attention to detail
• Strong organisation / time management skills, prioritise and lead multiple sourcing flows while becoming comfortable with processing high volume applications.
• Project manage sourcing priorities, with a growth mindset: willing to challenge status quo, learn continuously, see things from multiple perspectives.
• Learn the exciting crafts communities & departments at Booking.com, and develop the knowledge to match role requirements to internal candidate profiles.
• Develop A good knowledge base of our internal hiring processes (In-depth understanding of policies, best practices, in tech or matrixed organisations.)
• Be results oriented and learn new hiring metrics (including internal hiring benchmarks, conversion analytics, funnel tracking)
• Drive decision making by using your expertise and data (generate insights through data crunching and build relevant presentations to influence stakeholders and optimise processes).
• Have strong collaboration skills with a proactive consultative approach: able to partner across teams and levels and A/B test new tools and Ways of Working.
