This role offers an incredible opportunity to interact with a diverse client base in the international recruitment industry, including some of the largest employers worldwide. There’s potential for attending conferences and even participating in face-to-face meetings internationally, playing a pivotal role in our global expansion and impacting the lives of millions of job seekers. You’ll be a key player in our dynamic team of 10, working closely with the International, Delivery, Marketing, and Product teams. We want someone who strives for excellence, welcomes new challenges, inspires others, and takes full responsibility for the company’s overall success while being proud of their contribution!RequirementsWe don’t like to put people in boxes, but you’re likely to be able to demonstrate experience of or aptitude for much of the below:● Required fluency in English and either German or French● Strong work ethic, drive, and passion● Strong people skills and a passion for great customer service, you enjoy building long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers● Proven track record in account management● Strong numerical and analytical skills, able to analyse and optimise campaigns● Comfortable working towards time-driven targets with a flexible, positive attitudeIt’s a bonus if you have:● A good understanding of online advertising, ideally with CPC model/pricing● Previous experience in the recruitment industry● Additional language skills (e.g. Polish/Spanish/Dutch/Italian)What’s in it for you?Adzuna is a growing scale-up, championing real change in the job market globally – using the power of tech to match people to better, more fulfilling jobs.
