  • Create and maintain strong relationships with all main client decision makers/budget holders, developing the application of consumer panel as a solution to answer business questions with strong influence on client thinking
  • Maintain a dialogue with key client collaborators about their ongoing hot topics, business priorities, proactively finding opportunities
  • Manage a growing and partially virtual team, sharing knowledge and encouraging a culture of learning. Including multiple direct line reports.
  • Create high functioning relationships with EP colleagues, senior partners, and local Kantar & YouGov teams
  • Lead major EP projects across a portfolio of clients, responsible for the development and delivery of high profile, multi-country insights
  • Develop opportunities to grow revenue for the team, with a focus on increasing the contribution of EP products and services
  • Negotiating new and existing contracts

You have…

  • Profound knowledge in quantitative research, ideally understanding of Consumer Panel data
  • A desire to develop commercial skills through spotting opportunities – proactive project-mining, and proposal writing
  • Experience delivering against commercial targets and act proactively in pursuit of opportunities.
  • The ability to build strong relationships and influence both externally and internally senior level contacts and to be seen as an expert by those contacts
  • Experience delivering insight based consultative projects with the ability to provide valuable client insights, and present complex data clearly and incisively
  • A confident, compelling and engaging communication style that conveys the expertise expected of a consultant
  • A collaborative approach with clients and colleagues of various personalities and cultures
