Our team is spread across Europe with Hubs in different locations.Just as our clients are at the centre of everything we do, our people are the foundation, and we have the same levels of passion and commitment to them and their careers with us.Key purpose of the role – full ownership of retention of a set of Non Global EU clients through Insights and key clients senior partner relationship engagement.Key expectations of the role:Client Relationship

  • Drive senior relationships across a defined group of key clients, regionally and globally enhancing the reputation of Europanel as a regional or global partner in its own right and separately to countries local network.
  • Become a strategic partner to their regional and global collaborators retaining all clients over time
  • Responsible for the wider, long term relationship with key decision makers
  • Adapts to changing environment at client and internally, sets new ways of working.

Data Analysis & Strategic Insight

  • Build Insights agenda aligned to client priorities and internally Thought Leadership calendar.
  • Elevate insights and expertise delivered locally to regional and global partners, building meta executive summaries relevant to regional decision makers.
  • Role model best-in-class insight delivery by leading on key strategic pieces of client work, or large audience state of the nation sessions, elevating the client impact as a result.
  • Apply Macro trends and Thought Leadership to central client questions.
  • Supply Thought Leadership creation on behalf of Europanel and your clients
  • Become an integral Insight & Consulting team member of Europanel, driving the transformation of Europanel.

Business

  • Lead pitching of the contract based on client spec, defending and building Europanel services and its partners.
  • Establish processes and roles and responsibilities with our partners and support team for success.
  • Build commercial plans aligned to client priorities and internally.

Account Management

  • Set an insight driven growth vision for the accounts, aligned to client priorities, step changing our existing partnership with the client.
  • Define Shared goals for the clients aligned with collaborators, engage and manage the internal network.
  • Lead and plan the account to instore regional and global servicing reputation of Europanel
  • Alert senior director to strategic issues

Team and People

  • Role model collaboration with countries to build strong client communities.
  • Establish strong cross country client teams to support the clients regional and global insights. Collect work delivered to build regional and global meta insights.
  • Put initiatives in place to cultivate a supportive, collaborative and high performing environment within your team based on a culture of continuous improvement and dedication to challenges
  • Active ownership of Leadership Development Plan (PDP) with line manager.
  • Be an active member of the Europanel senior Client service team, supporting the overall strategic change of Europanel

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the below skills and behaviours:

  • Profound knowledge in quantitative research, ideally understanding of Consumer Panel data
  • A desire to develop consulting skills through delivering powerful insight in innovative ways
  • Experience delivering insight based consultative projects with the ability to provide valuable client insights, and present complex data clearly and incisively
  • A confident, compelling and engaging communication style that conveys the expertise expected of a consultant
  • The ability to build strong relationships and influence both externally and internally senior level contacts and to be seen as an expert by those contacts
  • A collaborative approach with clients and colleagues of various personalities and cultures
  • Dedicated, taking ownership of tasks, working independently, creatively and resourcefully
  • Able to handle multiple requests and make decisions about who and what to prioritise.
  • A great teammate with experience working with multiple collaborators and partners
  • Willing to step out of your comfort zone
  • Comfortable building virtual networks/relationships and working in virtual teams
