What You’ll Do

Join a fun and flexible workplace where you’ll enhance your skills and build a solid professional foundation. As a Customer Success Services (CSS) Delivery Intern you will:

  • Involvement in the generation of CSS revenue forecast, resource utilisation, customer satisfaction and customer project reports and dashboards for review with our UK and Ireland (UKI) CSS management team.

  • Coordinating with account managers to ensure that they understand and fufill compliance expectations.

  • Join high profile customer mettings and support/collaborate on the delivery of the service to customers.

  • Engage with senior managers and get an insight of regional management initiates.

  • Plan and organise internal workshops and initiatives with our UKI CSS management team and their direct reports who include Technical Account Managers, Project Managers and Advanced Support Engineers.

  • Be an active member of the CSS team with the ability to draft documents and take part in a wide variety of activities across both our on-premise and managed cloud portfolios of services.

  • Communicating with the wider CSS Sales and TAM teams in order to independently manage and run various projects.

  • Contribute new and different ideas around the day to day management of our business.

  • Support and assist with the recruitment of new hires and contractors. Liase with outside agencies as required.

  • Participate in a wide range of opportunities including; volunteering, training programs, wellbeing initiatives and much more.

  • Energetic, articulate and motivated students on course for a 2:1 degree or higher with the right attitude and aptitude to succeed in a fast-paced business
