Sharing our experience for a better blue tomorrow.Talent Acquisition Trainee Role – Join Our Dynamic Team in MonacoWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our team based in Monaco.This exciting opportunity will offer hands-on experience in the recruitment process, where you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing talent acquisition activities.You will be involved in everything from job postings and sourcing candidates, to screening resumes and assisting in the selection process.Job Description:

• Post job openings and explore new sourcing channels for attracting talent.
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies.
• Provide operational support for the day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Review candidates’ resumes, career histories, and references.
• Maintain and update HR databases and talent pipelines to ensure accurate data.
• Organize and coordinate interviews, both in-person and virtual (Teams Meeting), for Talent Acquisition and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with the “Service de l’Emploi” to manage job postings and applications.

Job Requirements:

• HR/Recruitment Student – From Bachelor to Master
• Experience with a focus on Talent Acquisition appreciated
• Fluent in English/French
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and work environments.
