We deliver spirit, shared values, social harmony, savings, and safety to the communities we serve.The OpportunityMcCarthy Uniforms is hiring a permanent, full-time Key Holder at our Barrie store, located at 660 Bayview Dr Units 10 & 11, Barrie, ON L4N 9P5Job SummaryAs a Key Holder, you will play an important role in leading our store. Key Holders are responsible for training and supporting Retail Sales Associates, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring a positive customer experience in the store.What will you bring to our Team?

• 1 + years(s) of retail experience, preferably in apparel
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• A passion for customer service and building meaningful relationships
• The ability to thrive in a team-orientated and fast paced environment
• Desire to embrace innovation and continuous learning
• Ability to work full-time hours – Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00am to 6:00pm (extended hours in the summer)

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Supervising and training Retail Sales Associates
• Possessing a thorough knowledge of our point-of-sale system

• Opening and closing the store
• Monitoring cash float and daily balancing paperwork
• Inventory duties including: receiving and replenishing stock, creating transfers and filling internet orders
• Participating in the maintenance and cleanliness of the store
• Performing other duties as assigned
