Inventory Specialist | $20/hr

A growing printing company with a full-time, temp-to-hire
 Inventory Specialist
position!

In this position, you’ll oversee all inventory levels throughout the warehouse. You will also help develop and implement procedures and protocols for proper inventory control.

You will be successful in this role if you have experience working with Excel, NetSuite, and Great Plains. A Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is a plus.

Inventory Specialist Job Duties:

• Monitor inventory daily for all paper,
  envelopes, ink, and toner and issue Purchase Orders to Suppliers as required.
• Ensure all stock is delivered on time to meet the daily production required
• Weekly review of Supplier inventory levels and
  instruct Suppliers to replenish inventory based on agreed-upon min/max levels.
• Ensure all processes for inventory requests,
  purchases, receipts, and transfers are current.
• Ensure a month-end physical inventory is
  performed at all locations.
• Ensure daily cycle counts on inventory items to
  maintain accurate levels in Inventory platforms.
• Work with Suppliers to ensure all part numbers
  are bar-coded with the correct information.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as
  requested.
• Work with the Graphics department and suppliers
  on version and document control.

Schedule:

• A shift-
  Mon 5 AM-2:18 PM, Tues-Fri 6 AM-2:18 PM
• Inventory every 1st of the month. Including January 1st.

Inventory Specialist Requirements:

• 3
  Years of Inventory experience. NetSuite and
  Great Plains experience are a plus.
• Experience executing Cycle count schedules in compliance with A, B, and C, methodologies.
• Great written communication.
• Data Entry experience is a plus.

Pay:

• $20+/hr DOE
