We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory and Cataloging Specialist to manage and maintain our inventory systems and product catalogs. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy and organization of inventory data, supporting efficient operations, and enhancing the overall quality of our inventory management processes.Responsibilities:Inventory Management:

• Oversee the tracking and management of inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Cataloging:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive catalog of products, including detailed descriptions, specifications, and classifications.
• Ensure all catalog entries are accurate, complete, and updated as needed.

Data Entry and Management:

• Utilize inventory management software and databases to enter and update product information.
• Generate reports on inventory status, trends, and forecasts to support decision-making.

Organization and Maintenance:

• Organize physical inventory to optimize space and accessibility, ensuring proper labeling and storage practices.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline inventory processes and enhance operational efficiency.
