A Supplier Invoice Assistant plays a pivotal at HSS ProService. It is crucial we maintain great relationships with our suppliers and manage cash-flow effectively, so the primary role of the Supplier Invoice Assistant is to manage the lifecycle of supplier invoices, ensuring they are processed correctly and efficiently. It is important for smooth operations, ensuring we meet our obligations on time and accurately.A typical day:

• Review and verify invoices for accuracy, ensuring all information is correct and invoices match purchase orders.
• This role often interacts with suppliers, to clarify invoice details or resolve invoice queries.
• You will also communicate with other departments within the company to gather necessary documentation or information needed.
• You will assist in reports related to accounts payable. This could include summarising any statements for outstanding invoices and queries.
• Ensuring all processes comply with company policies and procedures and maintain high standards of processes.

What you’ll bring:

• Ability to manage invoice verification, data entry and reconciliation.
• Knowledgeable experience in working with excel.
• Able to analyse invoices and identify any discrepancies and a strong attention to detail
• Able to effectively communicate with supplier and internal teams.
• Strong adaptability skills and open to change of processes and new technologies
