What you will do

The IT Analyst is responsible for understanding sales force effectiveness business area and associated IT systems that the business uses, supporting and implementing Customer & Sales IT Strategy and Roadmap in Latam Region working with Customer Development & Sales Operations to ensure business alignment, value proposition and tangible business outcomes on prioritized products and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect business requirements and map out business processes and improvements opportunities.

• Work in partnership with hubs BTLs to support them in shaping local business needs and focus on the right priorities when building and deploying capabilities.

• Support IT Managers on budgeting, project status, initiatives, new opportunities and functional capabilities.

• Ensure compliance with Kenvue policy and IT methodology as well as global IT standards.

• Bring up and assign IT and business processes issues.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related is required.

• Solid experience in Information Technology working for large companies, implementing IT projects, mostly for Sales & Marketing areas covering business processes as: Sales Force Automation & Effectiveness, Trade Promotion Management, Sales & Operations Planning, Sales Order Management, Pricing Management.

• Ability to synthesize leadership and business partner inputs into decisions, represent customers/users translating business process needs into IT solutions

• Good communication, influencing, collaboration skills.

• Strong analytical, problem solving skills

• ITIL, Agile and PMP knowledge.

• English is required and Portuguese or Spanish highly desirable.

Desired Qualifications

• Desired experience Salesforce.com (SFDC) and analytics applied to Sales areas.

• Strong commercial business processes knowledge.

• Salesforce Admin Certification
