Today’s footprint of Brand Companies covers Martell & Co, Chivas Brothers Limited, Irish Distillers Limited and Yerevan Brandy Company, for more than 600 users.Spirit Management Product manage the distillation, production, maturation and blending of our spirits products to support our Brand Strategy.The Spirit Management IT Business Analyst’s responsibilities encompass capturing Business/Tech stakeholders’ needs and translating them into functional specifications to fuel a product backlog. Collecting insights to support decision-making is part of the role, aiding the Product Owner in defining, delivering, and monitoring product value.Product Catalog ManagementYou will participate in the addition, modification and removal of catalog items from my scope based on the approvals of the Product Owner and the Product and Service Catalog Manager.Demand management & Backlog ManagementYou will perform detailed analysis to ensure understanding of business needs and convert them into detailed functional & non-functional specifications.You will convert business requirements into EPIC’s, Features and User stories to fuel a product backlog.You will secure maintenance of requirements throughout product lifecycle, translating product backlog into functional and non-functional requirements at each phase.Product lifecycle managementYou will collaborate with development team to ensure proposed technical solutions for the Products are addressing business needs.You will contribute to functional and non-functional testing, assist Product Owner in defining and monitoring product value.You will build documentation on processes & results to ease understanding of stakeholders & decision-making on value.You will support documentation creation for final users.You will prepare roll-out plan in coordination with proximity teams.Incident managementYou will contribute to L2/L3 support, identify & implement incident resolution.If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply!BAC+5 (engineering school / university; computer science, business, manufacturing or related fields preferred).5+ years of proven IT Business Analyst experience in a related area.Business orientation & macro understanding of business strategy, objectives & processes (domain or product family level).Good industry knowledge (preferred spirit industry) and insights into key challenges for the domain/family.Experience in various functional areas (e.g.: operations, manufacturing, industrial systems, aging, blending, warehouse management, quality, traceability, etc.).Communication skills, with the ability to talk with both technical & non-technical stakeholders.Collaboration, teamwork & agile ways of working.Strong relationship builder at all levels, both internal and external.Demonstrated expertise in large scale project environments.Have already successfully supported an organization in a global context with business analysis and managing good relationships with business partners and stakeholders.Proactivity, enthusiasm, rigourous and organized.Analytic & critical thinking, with experience in analyzing & breaking down problems & information using structured frameworks & methodologies.Master proficiency on analytics assets, with the ability to build insights from relevant self-service capabilities.Detail-oriented & data-driven mindset.You are fluent in French and EnglishTechnical skills:Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and IT systems such as ERP, MES.Capability to investigate & analyze data: relational database concepts and SQL knowledge required.Good comprehension of application technology (Web server, Application server, …).Good understanding of APIs, Webservices.Wait, there’s more…We offer you an outstanding and collaborative workplace that embodies our sharing & conviviality culture, the possibility to work from home (2 days a week), a very complete mutual insurance, an attractive compensation including profit-sharing, the possibility to train daily, employee events…Pernod Ricard values diversity and solidarity within its organization and in its relations with stakeholders.
