We are in search of an IT Executive Support Analyst to join our team operating in Bridgewater, New Jersey, United States. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and is central to providing top-tier IT support to our executive team. As an IT Executive Support Analyst, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all technology-related issues and requests, ensuring a proactive and responsive service.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for all technical issues and requests from the executive team, ensuring swift resolution
• Provide onsite support for crucial meetings such as the Quarterly Earnings Calls, Executive Leadership Team meetings, and Board meetings
• Liaise with third-party vendors and respond promptly to incoming calls or emails regarding hardware or software problems
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software
• Collaborate with network and infrastructure technicians and systems administrators to ensure efficient operation of computing and network environment
• Develop effective solutions and manage tasks both independently and as part of a team
• Maintain positive working relationships with executives and provide training as necessary
• Prepare and document devices for legal hold for data retention
• Document IT-related procedures and processes
• Maintain an inventory of components and equipment and assist in handling all equipment responsibly
This role is designed for individuals with a strong background in IT support, particularly those experienced in supporting C-Level executives. Key skills required for this role include proficiency in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Dell Technologies, ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning, Active Directory, Auditing, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Windows Intune, and Azure Active Directory.
Requirements • Demonstrated experience in IT support, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Cisco Technologies and Dell Technologies.
• Expertise in Cloud Technologies and Backup Technologies.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Proficiency in utilizing Active Directory.
• Experience in Configuration Management and Auditing.
• Understanding of Computer Hardware.
• Experience with Windows Intune and Azure Active Directory.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Relevant certifications in IT or related field would be advantageous.
