Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert IT support via phone, email, chat, and in person for onsite and remote employees.

• Configure, deploy, and manage IT hardware, including computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

• Troubleshoot and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and access control systems.

• Assist with software installations, licensing, and troubleshooting.

• Maintain IT inventory, managing new equipment setup and proper disposal of hardware.

• Set up and manage user accounts and group memberships.

• Support IT projects and process improvements.

• Participate in a rotational on-call schedule, including evenings and weekends.

What You Bring to the Table:

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ year of IT support experience.

• Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience.

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting computers, mobile devices, and printers.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and workstation imaging tools.

• Hands-on experience with networking equipment, conference room A/V, and security systems.

• Background in IT support within an industrial setting .

• IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus.

• Helpdesk or customer support experience.

• Familiarity with MDM solutions such as Intune.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $31.50 per hour
