We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our dynamic onsite IT Service Desk, where you’ll play a critical role in keeping our systems running smoothly and our employees productive.What Will You Be Doing?As an IT Support Analyst, you’ll be the frontline technical support expert, ensuring our employees experience minimal disruption due to IT issues. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing first-level support for hardware, software, and application issues.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems efficiently.
• Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when needed.
• Setting up, configuring, and building end-user hardware and software.
• Managing hardware and software inventories.
• Delivering hands-on support and on-the-spot training to prevent recurring issues.
• Ensuring all security and privacy protocols are followed.
• Documenting support cases and contributing to the knowledge base.
• Monitoring IT infrastructure to identify potential issues proactively.
• Participating in IT projects and driving process improvements.

​What Are We Looking For?We’re seeking someone who brings:

• An ITIL Foundation qualification or relevant ITIL experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and back-end administration (Active Directory, Azure).
• Experience working on an IT Service Desk or end-user support team.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
